About Healing Ways
What this page is – and what it isn't
Healing Ways is not a coaching service.
No methodological promise.
Not a guide to self-improvement.
This page is a personal space for experience.
Here I write about paths I have tried –
about practices, routines, books, therapies, bodywork and concepts,
which played a role in my own healing process.
Some carried me.
Some only worked for a short time.
Some I discarded again.
Why I started questioning everything
I have lived with a serious health diagnosis for many years.
Countless doctor's appointments, hospital stays, and treatment attempts followed.
This period fundamentally changed my perspective on healing. Today I live a stable and healthy life.
not because there was a single method,
but because I have learned to understand connections.
At some point I realized:
There are countless methods –
but little honest assessment.
Breathing techniques are being sold as a solution.
Cold as a breakthrough.
Routines as a formula for discipline.
Self-help books as a key.
And sometimes these things help.
But not always.
And not for every nervous system.
Healing Ways is my attempt to
To sort through experiences instead of idealizing them. A large part of my journey led me through various forms of therapy, which I found under
Therapy & true depth I'll describe it in more detail.
My perspective
II am not writing as a therapist.
Not as an expert.
But as someone who has tried many things.
I'm interested in:
- Nervous system and regulation
- Physical practices and grounding
- Thought structures and internal narratives
- The role of psychotherapy
- The limits of self-help
- life phase
- internal stability
- biographical background
- physical condition
I don't believe in one method.
I believe in context.
What works depends on:
This page is therefore not a system.
It is a collection of observations.
Responsibility & Clarity
The content on Healing Ways does not replace therapy.
and not medical advice.
I share personal experiences and reflections.
Every person reacts differently to practices and interventions.
If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis,
Professional help is the right first step.
I gained much of my experience in the field Nervous System & Regulation deepened…
Why I'm writing anyway
Because I believe that classification is important.
Because I myself switched between methods for a long time.
And because it can be helpful to read:
What really mattered?
What was only hope?
What was phase – and what remained?
Healing Ways is not a finished place.
It is a growing space.

Healing Ways is part of my larger workshop.
Under my pseudonym Sina Maré I write books about emotional healing and inner processes.
On Travelguru I share experiences about mindful travel and safety from a female perspective.
Each of these rooms has its own focus –
But they all revolve around the same question:
How do we find our way back to stability?
